Day Train Programs
Please read the descriptions of the programs below. Some are by age and others behavior. These programs are to help your dog become successful. In our combined 25 years of training dogs we have custom created programs to help dogs and owners flourish.
For all programs: Drop-off window - 7:00 am - 9:00 am Pick-up window - 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Training Environment - Days are spent on leash walks, one-on-one training, group training, monitored off-leash play and crated nap time. Your dog will spend multiple sessions doing each activity thought out the day. We have a separate calm crating area. Crate time gives the dogs time to rest between activities, as well as ensuring that the trainer is able to focus on each dog individually during their training sessions.
Exercise and Socialization - Socialization is key, but we believe in quality over quantity. Our carefully selected small group play sessions ensure your dog interacts with like-minded pals, fostering positive relationships and avoiding overwhelming situations.
Days - Day Trains are offered Monday - Thursday. Major holidays we are closed and will schedule make-up days at booking.
Full Payment is due for booking.

Puppy Explorers - Ages 9-15 weeks
The Puppy Explorers Day Train program is a 6 session program.
Three consecutive Monday’s and Wednesdays. This 3 week program includes three 20 minute training sessions each Wednesday at pick-up. These mini lessons are first come first serve blocks, selected that morning at drop-off. Between 3:00 - 5:20 pm. Upon completion of the 6 sessions there is a group class.
The 1 hour group class is the weekend after training finishes, the exact date is listed with the start date.
Puppies must be between 9 weeks and 15 weeks at the start of training. If your puppy is close to 4 months old he or she might be more appropriate for our Teenage Life Skills Program (scroll down). The Puppy Explorers is a motivational program and does not have the emphasis on impulse control that our Teenage Life Skills program does. The program is a place for puppies to come and learn while their humans are at work, school, or just taking a much-needed break! Training days are carefully and thoughtfully created to foster the maximum learning benefit for the puppies enrolled.
This a Foundations program meaning our goals are to build confident, well socialized puppies, with good manners that love to learn. With these pups we are working on luring new positions (sit, down and heel), building confidence walking on leash, desensitizing basic handling (nails & brushing), socializing with other dogs and continuing the crate and house training you are doing at home! There is no emphasis on loose leash walking. We will send you material about common puppy concerns and can trouble shoot problems at home during our mini weekly sessions. We strongly recommend puppies attend training in a back clip harness.
